I want to get a photo restored or retouched. What is the turnaround time for this service?

The usual turnaround time for most restorations and photo retouching is 5-7 business days.

I have received my preview photo and would like to pay. What payment methods do you accept?

The payment service we use is Paypal. Paypal is a safe secure way to send a payment. When we have finished your photo work or slide show we will send you an invoice. Simply follow the instructions on the invoice to send a payment. Once payment is received we will immediately e-mail or ship your order via USPS Priority mail. If you sent us a photo CD your photo CD will be returned with your order.

Do I pay anything in advance for photo work or slide shows?

There is no advance payment required for photo work. You pay only after you see the preview photo we will send you. For slide shows we require a 25% deposit on the total cost of the package to begin work.

I have a photo CD where all of the photos are dark. Do you offer a bulk rate to correct all of my photos?

Yes we do. Simply contact us first and tell us your problem. We will then give you an estimate to get the bulk work done. We offer reasonable pricing for this service and we guarantee our work.
